Project Plan – Lesson 7

The Manage Phase


(7.1) Process Management:
Tasks that will be used to manage the process of conducting the learning
Ø Understanding Data and data handling
Ø Data collection & representation
Ø Group presentation
Ø Preparation of Power point  with the help of internet
Ø Presentation of PPT
Ø Solving Textual  questions
(7.2) Student Preparation:
1.      Instruction are  needed
2.      overview of the  Chapter is required
3.      Understanding of the different datas/ records  and their representations
4.       Scheduling the activities and their execution.    
(7.3)  Facilitation:
Utilisation of the following  resources enabled  the students to be successful.
v  NCERT Textbook for Reference
v  Computer lab for some special type of records
v  Class room/ group  discussions
(7.4) Progress Monitoring:
                Utilised  0-10 for realizing the status  of project and  giving suggestions if required. And also   checked the quality of powerpoint  before presentation.
(7.5) Re-planning:

                Reworking of plan of action will be carried  if finding the scheduled plan to be going off-track.  Action plans / tasks can be modified  to achieve the true  outcome

(7.6) Conflict Management:
                Motivate the passive students by giving small assignments and appreciate them infront of their group. No conflict were noticed between the groups. If it happens , can be resolved by bringing them under the spirt of team work and  performance

Lesson 6 - The Review Phase


(6.1)Student Reflection and Evaluation:
 Discuss the progress of the project during   Maths  period . The group leader  will  be describing   the development . Teacher can watch the sincerity , cooperation and the team spirit in them
(6.2) Teacher Reflection and Evaluation:
                As per the requirement of groups , teacher examine each phases and giving guidance for improving the project.
          The evaluation  can be done by as per the rubrics prepared.  Content , attitude and application and drawing skill  are also evaluated.
(6.3) Assessment of 21st Century skills:
